- The race for the Jubilee Party ticket between Nairobi gubernatorial aspirants, Peter Kenneth and Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko is getting uglier by day
- Even as Peter Kenneth appears to be more diplomatic in the way he approaches the tussle, Sonko has constantly fired shots at him
- Sonko has lately claimed that he knows about Peter Kenneth's dismal performance while studying at Starehe Boys Centre
Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant Mike Sonko on Sunday, March 19 angrily tore apart his rival for the Jubilee ticket Peter Kenneth in a live TV interview.
It was during the explosive interview on ******* TV that a charging Sonko emphatically stated that Kenneth performed badly while studying at Starehe Boys Centre.
"Forget about my E, he had four Es in Starehe, he had an E in Geography," he claimed before being cut off by the host Hussein Mohammed.
The Nairobi Senator was referring to his KCSE performance in Mathematics, in which he got a grade E.
The allegations by the controversial politician are yet to be confirmed by either Kenneth or supported by evidence from Starehe Boys Centre.
Sonko has been bashed by a section of the public and politicians for lacking decorum during the interview that became very difficult for Hussein to control as there was no proper turn-taking between the two.
However, on Monday, March 19, he informally apoligised when a supporter urged him to stop throwing insults on national TV.
